Park Crescent
PDP London has received planning permission for Park Crescent West, a high profile development in Marylebone. JRL Group are the Main Contractor carrying out the works and AN Construction are very proud to be involved in the Roofing and Waterproofing aspects of the project.
SCOPE OF ROOFING WORKS
We are involved in this project in all
aspects of roofing. Due to the heritage
of the site we have combined traditional
methods using Asphalt Roof Coverings
and Cold Applied Monolithic Membranes
reinforced with 165gr fleece. In other
areas a Hot Applied Bitumen Roof
covering is used and finished with a Play
Blanket Green Roof.
